Since all items are handmade and made-to-order, I don’t currently accept returns or exchangesunless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If you experience any issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help right away.
I want you to be 100% happy with your new plushie friend, and I’ll always do my best to make things right! ✨
📦 Refunds
Refunds may be approved in cases where:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method once the item is returned (if applicable).
Refunds are not available for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Lost or delayed packages due to postal service issues
• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after shipping)
💖 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your item hasn’t already been started or shipped.
After that, I’m unable to cancel since materials and time have already been used for your handmade piece 🧵
💖 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Sammigurumix is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the postal service, but I’ll do my best to help you locate your order!
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs — so please double-check your address before checkout 🧸
